Cluckin' and grinnin'

The chickens seem to like the new coop! It was only rough the first night. They kept wanting to go back to the garage, so I had to wrangle them all up. They seem to be getting the hang of things now.

Mr. Frizzle has decided he's going to be friendly. Either that, or he's getting ornery and he hasn't started being mean quite yet. I hope that's not the case.



The chickens were having trouble getting on the roosts. The first two nights I had to put most of them up on it. They were flying up and hitting the wall. I added a lower bar yesterday so they could get on it and use it as a step. It seemed to work!











Here's an updated picture of the garden! It's doing really well, and some people have even commented! It's been slightly neglected lately, but luckily the weeds aren't growing too fast. The beans are looking really good and hopefully we'll have some to pick after vacation!
